Our Plant

TARPUQ CIA. LTDA. is an electronic manufacturing services supplier, or EMS. Our purpose is to provide quality service in electronic assembly processes under international standards and a qualified team.

Our facilities include air conditioning systems to maintain appropriate temperature and humidity levels to ensure a stable process. Plant as well as staff is bounded by strict rules for ESD control and MSD component management.

Component storing processes have a careful selection treatment and location. Production plant has the necessary handling equipment for MSD devices for storage and plant life recovery.

Within our production lines we can count on:

Marking and identification that allows us to control traceability of each board from the time it leaves storage until the end of the manufacturing process.

Automatic line for SMT:

* Fully automated with manufacturing capacity for boards up to 460mm x 400mm.

* Stencil Printer, capable of placing solder paste or adhesive.

* High resolution Soldier Paste Inspection (SPI) and 3D analysis.

* FujiNXTII Mounting Robots, capable of mounting 10005elements and with a speed of up to 121kph.

* Automatic post placement optical inspection

* Reflow Oven 10 + 3 cooling zones, supports lead-free process.

* Automatic post-reflow optical inspection.

Stencil Printer: (Momentum +) Automatic equipment for the application of both solder paste and adhesive, with a cycle time of 9 seconds.

SPI: (Parmi HS70) Paste Inspection Machine with inspection speed of 100 cm2 / sec, resolution 13x13um, and 3d analysis.

Pick & Place (Fuji NXTII) Robot for components placement with a capacity of 121,000 cph. Supports 01005 elements.

AOI: Machine forpost-placementoptical inspection.

Reflow oven: It has 10 heating zones and 3 additional zones for cooling, supports lead free process.

AOI: (VI technology spectrum 5k) Post-reflow optical inspection machine.

Magazine loader.

Placement capacity: 121,000 components per hour

Semiautomatic Line THT:

Radial and Axial automatic insertion machines: Insertion capacity of 18000 and 24000 cph.

Manual insertion line with 12 stations

Wave soldering machine: capacity for dual wave, turbulent and / or laminar, supports lead-free.

Stations for manual welding and inspection: Qualified personnel perform these procedures, ensuring good quality.

It´s insertion capacity is18,000 components per hour.

Re-processing station with automatic and manual equipment for needed operations.

Also our testing process accounts with an X-ray machine that allows us to verify the quality of our manufacturing assembly processes, circuit testing. Additionally, in conjunction with our customers we perform functional testing under their requirements.

Our quality processes follow the guidelines of the IPC rules and do not use leaded components in any assembly process for products type 1 and 2.
